The land of grey peas and bacon

No this is not another I hate being single at Christmas (I've got used to that shit)

However for those alone at Christmas I thought what a good idea it maybe to open my door Christmas Day evening to some of you that maybe alone...

It's just an idea but thought why not have a Christmas Day shindig...I'm not alone Christmas Day but the olds go and then it's well silence

I always think how lucky I am to have such a big family. I can't imagine being alone over Christmas!

an awesome idea OP. As we have each other we are not 'alone' but we don't have anyone around in the afternoon/evening as the kids have buggered off to their sperm donors and we normally get to celebrate then!!

Aww how lovely. I'll have my children, I don't think I could ever have Christmas without them. They go to their dads a couple of days later this year.

I'm sure there are plenty of people who are alone at Christmas, hopefully you can all end up merry together

I've usually worked or helped out with the homeless over Christmas had friends round previously and had a great time...
