Just make sure everything is agreed on likes and dislikes and what is and what isn't allowed.

My first one many years ago didn't go very well. (Due to nerves I think)

But one I did have about a year after went really well.

Only go for it if you're 100% sure it's something you really want to do.

I've been the third person in this situation with both good and bad experiences. It was great and I would always respect the other couple and be discrete. What I would say is it's best for the female to lead the meet and show the other party exactly what she wants and that she is comfortable with it and it won't be awkward afterwards! Just have fun

Exciting! I find them horny as fuck. Add in a few more guys and it's even better!

We are always in control and the third party has thankfully always done exactly as I ask so that's helped to make sure I've got what I wanted and got my kicks every time.
