Ok here's the thing,,,,,, In my mind Cowboy movies are a pretty shite genre,,,,,

But there are some classics...

I'm giving top spot to The Good the bad and the ugly,,,,,

Which basically means your opinions don't count.....

High Noon is a top classic, the crappy ones tend to feature John Wayne who was more wooden than a giant redwood forest.

Oooo. ...I love Westerns. Reminds me of sitting on my grandad's knee as a lad on Saturday afternoons. He was a massive Randolph Scott fan...watching him now though, he's awful!

It's hard to beat the great John Ford cavalry trilogy...She Wore a Yellow Ribbon/Fort Apache/Rio Grande but there are so many great Westerns out there. Honourable mention for Both versions of 3:10 to Yuma and Dances With Wolves
