Seems im doing more of this in me sleep at the mo .....

Is there any cure i wonder

mouth shields, i went out with someone who grined their teeth in their sleep and i made them get a mouth guard

you can buy them online but cant get them on the nhs helps with snoring as well

I think you can buy basic gumshields in sports shops. They don't fit quite as well as the bespoke stuff pro rugby guys use but they should stop the grinding.

My snoring was horrendous but has miraculously stopped almost completely since ive lost weight

It can often be caused by the type of pillow you use.

There was, incidentally, a feature in my daily papaer this week on medical problems caused by wrong pillows; I get very bad neck pain and It was useful for me to find out how to solve the problem.

I recall seeing a point on teeth grinding; do you wnat me to look out the info and reply privately?

I had to have cosmetic filling to the tops of lower six front and the backs of top front six. I was grinding through gum shields.

Its a medical condition called Bruxism , nightmare can damage enamel on teeth and costs a bomb.....get a mouth guard save you a fortune in dentist bills!!!
