Make sure you do 90% weight lifting dont waste time on cardio, drink plenty of water and eat regular meals low in carbs high in protein and include healthy fats

Awww I love cats. I've got a 8month old bengal called Pablo he's not very loving but so cute, came home with his first mouse the other day he was so proud

He was so proud of himself but I was mortified he dropped it by my feet and started purring and miaowing. Thank god it was fully dead, kids thought it was hilarious
