pull them up then spray the tops with strong hair spray it helps to hold them in place, errrr so i was told honest guv xx

I'm pretty short but a dress size 18-20 and the best hold ups i have found are from asda. I usually buy the xl size but got s/m last time by mistake and they still fit fine and stay put. Avoid boots, i got some to try from there last week and ended up just taking them off because they wouldn't stay up

I'm plus size and 6ft so getting stockings long enough is difficult but these are perfect and have lasted several wears so far
