little house on the praire

Everything in my life consists of reminders how old i am. My senile moments. Memoory loss and other stuff.

Today while listening to the coca cola advert (Id like to teach the world to sing) i was thinking how nice they had brought it back. It had always been my favourite coca cola advert. Then i got to thinking of some of there other adverts and not one sprung into my memory.

So i looked it up. Its 40 bloody years since the original id like to teach the world to see advert. So i cant remember what they did last month but can remember 40 years ago as clear as day

Took mine twice, once at ten, passed but no room at the Grammar school, so took it again at 11 and passed again

I think they should have taught us all lessons as songs. I can sing along to songs from the 60's that I haven't heard for ages and still remember the majority of the words, but ask me anything to do with maths or especially french forget it not a clue!!!

My headmistress aways said that if they could set lessons to music I would have been a genius

The most impressionable Coke ad of my younger days was a load of kids singing in a choir, I think the year was about 1988

Kiaora advertised at the cinemas. Ronnie Barker did the voice overs.
