Including: taking a nap, having a bath, listening to music, drawing, poetry, scream, sit in silence and think, go for a drive, Stand outside and just think (this when kids are around for silence). I hit the gym most times, put your music on and start running, biking, rowing, lifting what ever you like. I do like putting a good comedy or tv show on and then I'll get some cleaning done or some cooking. Most important and this is just me you've got to realise that somethings in life you have no control over and you have to just accept the consequences of those actions and keep moving forward.
