little house on the praire

Does anyone else seem to think its later in the year than it is.

Because of the good weather, having been on holiday i seem to think where heading into autumn. Cant believe its only the beginning of may. Not that i want to wish the year away

.

Being self employed a year to me is spilt into 4 Vat quarters, which make no difference to the seasons. So to me this is the second quarter, ie April to June. So I class this as spring.

Holidays come if and when I can afford lol

I know what the OP means, it does feel like we are later in the year with plump strawberries from local farmers on the table... and asperagus... etc. I love it and just hope we have a long summer with loads of BBqs

Well pancake day was late, easter was late, as some one said local strawberries are ready. All the flowers are well ahead. Hopefully its going to be a long glorious summer, but usually for me the years go so quick(its an age thing) that it does seem further on. Usually by the time we have had the weather ect that we have had so far it is coming up for autumn
