Yes Wednesday. My 4 year old has Dyspraxia so he can sometimes (unintentionally) be a handful. He had a School visit to a Nursing home on Wednesday to sing some songs with his class.

His teacher said he behaved beautifully, and he did really enjoy it.

I nearly cried happy tears.

I'm one of the annoying fuckers whose usually happy unless outside influences have a hand in it..

And as I'm in the bath in an empty & peaceful house i'm happy..

I'll also be happy when everyone's home though

I remember feeling that feeling when you have woken up with so much happiness and appreciation in ur heart and soul that you can feel it, but tbf I can't remember the last time I felt like that, or even how to smile without it being to make someone else feel better or to without it being to make another soul laugh, I know I will again soon ??

Nothing to see here. Please move along.

I decided about 18 months ago that I was going to be happy after many years of depression. It doesn't work all the time but the depression has eased quite a bit. This in turn has made me happier. It has been bloody hard work but I think it is worth it

I was pissed off for weeks about stuff that the other day I resolved was actually not my problem, and I've been jolly ever since. This sort of fits the description you gave. Happy not for any reason other than deciding not to worry about it because it won't affect me.
