Swinging cafes

Wouldn't it be great to have swinging cafes just for social meets. Different from swinging clubs where action actually happens, the swinging cafes would just be where swingers can initially meet and socialise

There's loads, just name one, let people know and you've got a swingers hot spot if people are interested.

No just for socialising. Like we nominate a particular cafe or coffee shop in each area and that's where swingers can meet

We already have those in Derbyshire. They're called "cafes" or "coffee shops".

Swingers are allowed in them, just like other cafes, and they offer total anonymity so that no-one knows that you're there for a swinging social.

Well, I say "total anonymity", obviously that isn't the case if someone says, very loudly, "OMG, HOW DID YOU DO THE NAKED B&Q PIC". Then the whole cafe tends to stare at you like this

Now I think about it, I'm pretty certain we have those around me too. In fact there are cinemas, restaurants, pubs and shops where swingers can go and have socials

How about going to a café to relax and chill, for example with your kids or even on your own .... to be hounded by swingers. Who is a hundred percent swinger all of the time? Just sort your own meetings and live the rest of your life without it. I would hate it ...

Maybe if it was a swingers coffee shop people would be exchanging coffee partners mid drink or complaining how another couple just 'soft coffee' and just watch...

Tea drinkers have to get their own room. Infusions have no place in swingers coffee shops

I have to agree with this .

It would be truly awful to be sitting with your parents or kids and have random swingers checking you out etc....

I guess if you knew which cafe was the swingers cafe , you could avoid it if it was inappropriate, but that being the case , the cafe would soon go out if business wouldn't it ?

There's a valid argument here. Women and couples go on about how they're happy just to socialise in clubs and it doesn't matter so much if they don't get a chance to play, then several single guys remind them of how much more they paid to get in. A regular coffee shop, small, tasteful artwork, somewhere you could have that social interaction with like-minded swingers without guys causing an issue cos they think the big entrance fee entitles them to a shag, kinky conversation without offending the middle class mums at the next table like you would in a Starbucks. Maybe in London there might just be enough of a market to support somewhere very small?

Size would pretty much keep it under the raider, like it does with the majority of clubs.

Well the press only really pick up on the larger events like swingfields. I go to small clubs that have never had any press coverage.

If you really think about this it just isn't practical. There's no way of telling who's there for coffee, who's there to chat to other swingers, who's there to meet a friend. It would only need an over enthusiastic person to be a bit insistent with someone who had no idea what was going on for a whole lot of trouble to ensue.

We have had many a social in pubs, cafes and restaurants but we knew who we were meeting before and with one notable exception they all understood what social meant.

I wouldn't approach someone in public even if it was clear they were a swinger. I think it would be quite rude of me to assume that they would want to get to know me.

A little off topic, but we met a couple for a social at a public place, sat chatting away at a table away from everyone else in this little snug, talking about swinging and sharing stories, when after a while two little old ladies appeared from behind us getting their coats on to leave.

We didn't realise they were there the whole time as we hadn't spotted them, as they left, one of the old dears gave us a wink and a smile, they had easily overheard the whole conversation, a bit embarrassing, but we all saw the funny side

Think, we're just stick to meeting up socially in 'normal' cafes and pubs.

Only once, did we have to find somewhere else as it was so busy and crowded. It wasnt really appropriate to chat about certain things.
