Marc and I had a slight argument before bed last night so for breakfast this morning I got fried eggs, cheese, and a veggie sausage on a cheese roll in bed with coffee and an apology.

"I had to have granola, special place in hell for the sod who invented that, at least tomorrow I'll have tonights pizza "

Yep, thats been stored under your bed all night as you wake up with a head like thunder! be sure to pre-place your bottle of water next to the pillow to help swallow it down as your mouth will be like Ghandi's Flip Flops

near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack!

Usually for me, it`s a sort of salad! Cherry toms, radish, beetroot, cucumber, spring onions with a piece of cheese and some cold meat. I don`t have any of the veg from anywhere other than UK or Spain because from anywhere else they don`t have any taste. I may have a soft boiled egg or two instead of either the meat or cheese. Must have a squirt of mayo with it though!

"Bacon and ketchup sandwich now I'm back from school run

Jeeez, I remember as I child I had to make do with just ketchup sandwiches

The 70's eh.....

I wouldn't know, I'm an 80's chick! Still I'm quite partial to a ketuchup sandwich. Don't tell Mr SnT though, he's already mortified by my ketchup usage on food!

I'd grown up a little and moved on to crisp sandwiches by the 80's "

Ahh crisp sandwiches are awesome

I'm rustling up a chicken ramen after my Caribbean takeout plans were thwarted

But the leftover roast chicken will be accompanying bacon and tomato in a ciabatta roll with mayo, black pepper and a bit of corriander for my brekkie tomorrow. Road snack for my early doors surf trip
