So anyone else doing this or heard about it? Currently day 3 and holy fuck it's difficult.

Rules from what I've been told are:

You can touch yourself as long as you don't cum.

You can only cum from the help of someone else e.g. Someone wanking you etc

If you fail you must donate a fiver to charity.

Wish me luck and it's day 3 and difficult lol

I've tried this twice so far this year, most recently I failed after 2 weeks (had a good thing going then I fell for the 'you've done so well so one won't hurt' trap!)

I felt great while doing it, really energised. Key was to do other things!

I will give it another go, I've definitely greatly reduced my 'frequency' since becoming aware of NoFap. Loads of info, video diaries and user discussion/support available online

Yeah when i got things to do its good, but when im alone and bored is when its the worst lol
