feeling happy, had my first weigh in and lost 3.5 pounds... am sure it could have been more..but struggling with night shifts and eating...any other sexy peeps out there, can give me some hints and helpful tips if you are on SW... xx

That's the best info anyone can receive. I did sw and lost just over 9 stone. I'm completely off the wagon at the minute and need to take my own advice.

If your a night shift worker plan your meals on a day off. Batch cook, do you have somewhere you can reheat food at work? But plan plan plan. Ive lost 12 stone and when i got down to what i wanted to be i worked out my average weight loss and it was 1.5lb a week

I'm almost at 4 stone loss - as above plan plan plan. Have a look on minimins and the hundreds of Facebook groups - two chubby Cubs and a pinch of nom are really good groups full of recipes etc.

Enjoy an plan meals.

I joined an lost 4.5 stone. Off waggon a Lil now but find with crazy work pattern an nights if plan can work great plus then you know have nice food to enjoy in work.
