If something makes you go eeewwwww why would you want to try it?

As a child I was never allowed to say I didn't like a food if I hadn't tried it.

I mistakenly ordered lambs brains in a restaurant in France and remembered my Fathers words so tried it..

I DON'T like them, so I would always say go with your gut instinct.

Yes, I can understand that, there is something that totally turns me off that I wouldn't dream of trying , no matter how many people said try it, you might like it.

Now there have been other things in the past that I have thought hhmmm will give it a go.......but I must have been not totally turned off by it to want to try it.
