loads of things if you care to just look at a recipe book...or any recipe site, it's very versatile and doesn't have to be boring same old

just fry it up with some onion and add gravy, serve with mashed potato and you're done, unless you want your five a day. Minced beef with gravy, yummy yummy!

You had to bring it up didn't you? My coin purse has a terminal zip problem and could expire any day and... *sob* .... you just had to do it!!!

I got myself a new mincer so do all my own.

Tend to use minced turkey as its nearly....fatfree .

I experimenting at the mo

To see what delicious lowfat meals i can make.

little house on the praire

mince is my favourite "staple" food. You can do so much with 1 lb of mince.

Chilli, bolognese, meatballs, burgers, rissiloes, lasagne, canelloni

Well i eat very little beef that ive decided to go the turkey route.

Lower in fat to and better for you.

Got myself a lovely little mincer (red) that also makes sausages and pasta
