Ok, this is a fess up game, its gonna be a bit bloody, so play at your own risk...

If you could eliminate one attribute of the person above yous personality or profile (depending on how familiar you are with them), the omission of which would IMPROVE them like cutting fat off meat, then which would it be...?

So how does removing the fat from meat make it taste better? Every chef and butcher worth their salt will tell you the best meat always has a good marbling of fat.

Made me laugh you are correct I am one of the last of a dying breed of butchers. I live in a busy town surrounded by busy towns and I am the only real butcher "excluding supermarkets" with in a 20 mile radius a real shame if you ask me .
