I thought ignorance meant people who don't or WON'T try to understand an issue or aren't educated about it... e.g. people who are blatantly racist, because they have learned it from their parents and refuse to open their minds....

But some people seem to use the word ignorant when someone ignores them... I was called ignorant today, just because I didnt answer a rude message here! Hmmmm... I'm confuzzed
