How do you block people that come back to fab with hidden profiles? Seems impossible from the 'app'.

if they actually hide as they arrive you wont ever be able to search and find them - unless they are not in stealth mode and they look at you - then what the above said - type in name and block

If they're in the forum then you can find them on a post and go to their profile from there. I'm sure they've posted on one recently if the case?

But at the top the options should still be there? I've just checked a hidden profile and it was all still there.

But the side bar isn't... I don't know what it looks like on the app, but on the computer you still see the side bar and the text that the profile is hidden.
