Start cereal is £1 a box in Aldi, it's the last of the Olympics themed boxes but it's bloody £2.78 a box in asda, I bought 3 boxes, it's my favourites cereal.

New soups in asda called Souper, they're in little cardboard boxes, high in protein, I had the chicken and super beans and it was very very filling. £1 a box.

Anybody living local, there's 50% off in Gap on everything in store this week, the one in McArthur Glen.

Chamomile tea before bed helps me sleep, I'm a shit sleeper and take hours to drop off but I've been having a cup before going to bed and I'm not taking that long to fall asleep and not waking every few hours either.

A valid frozen chopped garlic is a quid in asda, fantastic to cook with and I don't have to throw manly garlic away after its been in the cupboard for a month.

Manly garlic? Have I been using the sissy one all this time without realising?
