Why do people message you then decide with no real reason block you? There should be away of blocking them to as they can still see you and read your status but you can't.

if they have set you a message then blocked you you can block them from the message they sent on the desk top version x

You can block them from their message, top right is the menu, on the mobile site anyway.

If you read the site info etc, it explains about messaging etiquette and rules. Blocking is used here to prevent future wasted efforts, when there's no sustained interest.
