Does anyone else get this? I get it if I didn't sleep well the previous night.

I wonder what actually causes it....

That's odd. I get this often (once a monthish) and have no idea why, it lasts on average a day then it's gone, would like to know also

Get the squirter that you use on closed eyes. Give your eyes a spritz before you go to bed and see if that helps.
