anyone know why site telling me i have to wait for log to clear?

i have been on years and never yet seen or heard of this i was talking to someone, i am a paid member also verifed i dont understand it and sites impossable to contact,

Wait for log to clear to do what? Send messages? Is your inbox full? If so maybe try deleting a few?

Log to clear? Sounds like a plumber is what you need, otherwise chop it up with a kitchen knife and cover with plenty of toilet paper then flush again.
