Lately I have had winks from couples. So I send a message saying thanks for the wink and a brief hello. But then nothing. Why do they wink in the first place??

They may have accidentally winked. I do it all the time, I never deliberately send winks but I can hit the wink button when scrolling as there isn't an are you sure button, the bloody thing gets sent!

I thought the idea of a wink was to say hey I'm here and intrested in you,

if they like you they will wink back and then messages can flow from there??/ no ???

. Not sure about the desktop, but when using a mobile it does ask if you are sure you want to send a wink Mrs blue eyes

I had a wink last week from a couple, I sent a polite intro message thanking them for the wink and asked if they had any pics as their profile had none, not even an avatar pic, loads of veris though. The reply I got was, "you don't have any verifications"

I just deleted the message, can be arsed trying to justify myself to couples like that.

I hardly ever send winks as they never get a response. In fact I've pretty much given up messaging too now for the same reason.

All my meets seem to come about from ladies contacting me first so I'll just have to sit here and wait from now on.

Not on the full site, it may do on the mobile version, but I wouldn't know as I don't use it.
