sad day if this happens

Read yesterday that a practising naturist has been taken through the courts because his neighbour complained that from 150 metres away she can see him gardening in the nude.She used a long range lens to see him.Shouldnt she be sued for snooping or have I got this wrong?

If he is in his own garden that can't be seen by the public then he should be allowed. Maybe other neighbours will shun the snooper.

There was the case of the Nurse sunbathing,the man said who saw it was shocked he said, not so shocked that he first videoed it, then called the police...long story cut short...it was thrown of court of course.

always best to find a spot where no one can see you, just in case.
