If you could be a pornstar, would you?

This is something I've often wondered. I'm not saying I could be a pornstar, but it is one of those fantasy jobs that I assume a lot of guys wish they had.

Personally I think the reality wouldn't be as great. Sure, of course you get to have fantasy sex with beautiful women...

But you have to be told how to fuck, taking into account camera angles etc. I hear a half hour scene can take 4 hours to film, with lots of breaks. Guys have to stay hard for the duration, and girls have to stay enthusiastic. I know everyone here wants lots of sex, but sometimes when you have it on tap, you're not in the mood all the time. And the female performers are under pressure to have breast enhancements and perform anal and bi acts...

There's also the personal life aspect - your life would be changed forever. Could/would you tell family or friends? Chances are they'll find out one way or the other. And if porn falls through, what employment options are you left with if your potential employers can find that kind of material featuring you online?

All of this sounds very anti-porn, but trust me, I am pro porn! I'm just saying, as much as I would love to fuck beautiful women for work, I don't think I could be a pornstar! I'll keep it in the fantasy section of my brain and salute those who perform for my entertainment

It doesn't really appeal to me as a constant.

But saying that, there are certain storylines I'd like to do and would be quite fun.

But then again, you don't necessarily need to be a porn star to do it.

I think as a one-off, yeah I'd try it.

I think it's an ego thing for a lot of guys who say "oh yeah...I wanna be a porn star".

There is nothing sexy about it per se, but being filmed acting out certain scenes to me is extremely interesting.

No. We like relative annonimity and privacy, just a bit too much exposure for us. Will confess though, as a 19 year old there were a few phone calls and it almost took place, however, it was put to us that Mr N take part so there wouldn't be condom usage, he refused and that was that.

I was in two porn films made it Denmark 40 odd years ago. In them days it's was nothing like today hardcore, but as pointed out by someone earlier it could take hours to make a half hour of useable stuff.it was not for me but needed the cash.
