"How about a static cycle instead? Might be less impact damage. " Thought about that but was wanting the fresh air and the cold morning air at the same time. I kniw jogging can be a killer on the knees. | |||

" Walking at a brisk speed on an incline into double figures is a good workout but make sure you don't hold on at the steeper inclines as its piss easy when you do! | |||
