My go to cure:

A pint of water, a banana, paracetamol. If you can lie down for another hour that will help too

Never take paracetamol for a hangover. Your body can't process the paracetamol the normal way because it's processing the alcohol bbyproducts, so the paracetamol gets dealt with a different way and produces compounds that aggravate the liver.
