The dirty hangover is starting to rear its ugly head after a very messy unplanned night out.

Apart from sympathy and maybe a cuddle I'm not sure what else I'm in need of yet lol.

Hope everyone else has had a good Friday night too.

Already chucked back a couple of co-codamol and got two bottles of water on hand. The sun is coming up so sleep is out the window. Can't sleep when it's light . Suffering is the only option lol.

Eat something - bananas and kiwis are a good source of potassium (a mineral you lose when you drink because of the diuretic effect of alcohol).
