Why do I keep waking up at 5 am! Then I'm knackered all day! It's so annoying, I'm wide awake and having to creep round so I don't wake everyone else up! Is it just me? Any solutions?

Miss

What time are you hitting the sack? If I go to bed early I wake up to soon and tand to be a bit knackered through the day.

Alternativley:

Cotton buds and 1/2 bottle of Gin?

I have taken Nytol a few times and found them very good, I slept well and also didn't wake up groggy.

good luck

Take a long walk in the late afternoon/evening also don't have any high carb/sugar products after 4.00pm eg. potatos pasta and choc.

Easter eggs don't count as choc

Thanks for all the advise, I think I'll go for the gin and cotton buds! And yes Easter eggs are in no way chocolate and therefore don't count! I think I've just had a lot on my mind lately so hopefully I'll be able to get more than 4 hours sleep tonight!!!
