Has to be an 'Old Fashioned' - muddle disolved sugar, bitters and bourbon, with a twist of orange.

Blue Hawaiian is my favourite, however, I also like Brandy Alexander, Goldern Cadillac, Grasshopper, Blue Lagoon, Raspberry Martini etc...

I was introduced to a lovely cocktail bar recently, and spent a few lovely hours there drinking cocktails.

However, they do not use ingredients with artificial colouring or flavours, so no Blue Hawaiian or Grasshopper there!

I adore cocktails!

I used to drink Black Russians in a pint glass back in the day, on Doubles Night (two shots for a quid, that's how long ago!)- so 4 shots of vodka, 4 of Tia Maria. God, they used to go down easily, my liver twinges when I think about it.

I love a Wanton Abandon.

Ingredients

- 5 fresh strawberries

- 2 shots of vodka

- 3/4 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup

- Top up with Brut champagne

Method

Muddle strawberries in the base of the shaker. Add the next three ingredients. Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass. Top up with champagne.
