I tend to get them in the winter months, so I have a theory that it's due to clothing we wear. There are, apparently, some lotions/creams you can get, google it.

The correct term is 'spottom' and I have a big one on my left bum cheek

But yeah I get little red spots on the tops of my thighs and my bum..

Talcum powder, exfoliating, cotton underwear with no tight bits that might rub (like the elastic on knickers).

If it's bad, ask a pharmacist or your GP

Get one from the body shop and do it every day. Try their sea range of products as well. Good for spots.

I use an exfoliating 'glove'.

I can't remember where I got it.

Also massage your bottom and yes a body brush does work too.

Witch hazel will help reduce the spots.

Talc just helps to 'dry'.
