Is it fair to ask someone if you could see what they look like with a face pic if you are interested in them , fair enough if they don't want to share it , but is there any reason to be rude , especial if you asked politely?

If someone initiates a chat with me i expect a face pic within the first couple of messages and i will send mine in return. If they are not happy to send a face pic then the conversation goes no further.

it's pointless having a conversation with someone if you don't find them attractive. Exchanging face pics early on can save both sides a lot of wasted time

You can ask for whatever you like respectfully, although single males are likely to need to go the extra mile, by providing theirs first - they're competing with tons of other men who will be very willing to put themselves out there.

Completely reasonable request. Some will send, some won't. Just need to ask yourself if you are willing to meet blind socially first.

It depends on the gender, if a woman asks for a face pic its fine, they should be able to see if they fancy the chap. If a guy asks a woman, they should ruddy well expect a rude angry response, they're not here for the mens enjoyment!

I've sent a face pic and was immediately blocked. This was after a fair few messages too. I immediately rang off to look in a mirror.

I think it would only be offensive to ask to see someone's face,if you ask a Muslim lady who wear's a burka
