After just kicking my coffee all over the front room floor I dashed to the kitchen to get the trusty kitchen roll, which is a lifesaver in the house, who ever invented this was genius.

I ask what did we do without it, if you don't use it what do you use

Off the grid

A cloth? I don't use paper towels. Sometimes the dog is quite useful, but I wouldn't let her drink coffee. She's loopy enough as it is.

But then don't you have the hassle of wringing it out every 2 mins. I never thought of the dog lol

I use 2-3 if it's a big spill, and then you wring them all at once. I actually have a box of cheap flannels in the kitchen for stuff like that.

I have kids (as well as the dog) so there's always something that needs wiping up.

Teesside

Whatever is the closest thing, but also assess the damage potential. If it's just laminate floor or something I'll just casually stroll around the house looking for a towel.

If it's dangerously close to my phone, laptop or porn mags you know fine well I'm gonna rip my shirt off and soak that bitch up
