Nr Manchester

I worked night shifts for three years. I really liked working at night as it was quieter and less hassle. No big bosses around either. It wasn't until I stopped that I realised what it did to me.

I empathise with all you night workers. May I recommend you take a vitamin D supplement? Xx

I only work 1 week of the nasty nights then I have 4 weeks off work so can't really see it taking any years off my life

If work nights too, 3 on, 1 off, 3 on and then a week off.

I love it and hate it in equal measures.
