Hubby loves a nice brie or stilton. I like a wensleydale with cranberries, apricot and pineapple!

Christmas time though we have a range of cheeses

Mr is making it for me, unfortunately I didn't say it quietly enough and now the 7 yr old has heard she intends to share.

Enjoy! I wish I had some right now and you better finish it quickly before your 7 year old eats it all!

Pie D'anglaise (spelt somthing like that) available in tesco. A creamy brie type with a hint of honey. Much more flavourfull than brie or camenbert.

Fully agree. I (mr) often get that cheese that is 3 different varieties in one block.

I won't conform to mono-cheesist types.

North London / Herts

Insane to suggest one, so just to get us going -

Goats - Selles-sur-Cher or a small aged crottin chavignol

Hard - Aged Comte

Washed Rind - Epoisses (only reasonably enjoyed with a Bourgogne Pinot Noir)
