I'm having one of those moments.

How long do lamb chops take to defrost?

Yeah. .they'll be fine. Defrost them quicker by putting them in a plastic bag sealed well in cool water tomorrow.

Not long if you get them out first thing. Separate them on a tru cover in cling film and leave out for a couple hours.

ATK said that steaks are better cooked from frozen rather than defrosted.

Dunno about lamb chops. Cooking meat is not my area of expertise

I never freeze meat. I'd just nip to the butchers.
