I make a pretty good carrot cake and I've also made a few baked cheesecakes for things at work.

A really good Victoria sandwich is a thing to behold. There are a couple of cake shops nearby - cakes made on the premises that do some fantastic cakes. If you are ever in Exeter swing by Cakeadoodledoo. Best chocolate fudge cake I've ever had

I love to make homemade sticky toffee it's a faff to make but tastes Devine.

Personally I'm a cheesecake girl.

For a cake cake I make a amazing salted caramel cake with caramac ganache, I sold this on a stall before and it sold out in minutes

The recipe i use seems to be really easy for the sticky toffee.

Fave is Lemon Drizzle, closely followed by Carrot Cake.

I don't bake but I do make a lush Rocky Road

A Scottish / North East cake called Russian Cake, or Tipsy Cake.

It's made by soaking a few different types of cake in booze (like some people do with cake for trifle), squishing it together and covering it with a little bit of soft icing.

It's ridiculously good.
