I have psoriasis and currently refuse to play as I have a bad flare up.

The hubby says I'm being silly and that no one will notice. Now my own skin makes me cringe so Lord knows what other people will think lol

What about you? What would put you out of action or put you off meeting?

Its rare but sometimes my body dismorphia gets so bad that I just want to hide away.. and just lately my arthritis is getting so bad that I wake up and want to cry..

My psoriasas has flared up too and I'm far too fat that I don't feel comfortable.

Sometimes i lack confidence so that stops me wanting to meet. Pain often makes me want to say no to meeting but i do try to ignore the pain as much as possible.

I very rarely feel like I wouldn't be able to match up to standard, but there are a couple of forumites, that I feel intimidated by, not in a bad way, its just I get it into my head that they are such awesome sexual beings, that I convince myself that I'll blow my load after about 30 seconds

if i dont put cream on my face and ears i get psoriasis i wont meet anyone because i would feel self conscious and probably uncomfortable.They may not notice but i just wouldnt feel right so prefer to wait for it to clear up.

I know how you feel....I have eczema n though most of the time it's nothing more than dry skin n hardly noticeable,every 7 or so years it seems to flare up for a few months so I'm walking about all bandaged up like a mummy.

I had psoriasis but am clear for now. I hid it on my legs with really thick denier hold ups (from Amazon if you're interested!) but then it got worse, arms covered too.

So I quit Fab. Guys would say they didn't mind then suspiciously go quiet when discussing an actual meet.

I tried to upload a photo of my body here and Fab rejected it/refused it. Yeah that made me feel just lovely. Husband said it would be because they thought the marks were self inflicted. But really? My legs were covered and some patches were the size of my hand so how the hell did they think I managed that?

I'm clear now but still nervous about meets, I feel less confident having gone through all that.
