Science maybe, but not exactly rocket science and hardly worthy of either a scientific study or a newspaper article. I remember how in biology lessons at school, the teacher explained that the balls are in a sack because they need to be a little cooler than body temperature to avoid killing off all the spermy things.

So, it stands to reason that having a hot bath is gonna reduce fertility unless you lay front down with your ass and balls stuck out in the air, clear of the water, with a cool draught blowing across them from an open window.

Same reason why tight pants, thongs, pouches can also reduce fertility.
