Anyone else get frustrated with talking to people and thinking a meet will actually happen then when it comes to actually sorting it all goes quiet?

Slightly off topic but just wondering if others get frustrated with meeting somebody who sounded really interesting, only to find that they are not?

I sometimes surprise myself how easily I can lose interest - and I am not saying it is the guy's fault.
