"So my stepdad was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer in march he also has liver cancer. He was given 6-9 months. Anyway hes been having injections for the liver cancer and thats shrunk giving him a better quality of life and the pancreatic cancer hasnt changed much. He has an ok quality of life at the moment and is only on paracetomal for pain. So hopefully the old bugger will be around for a good while yet" Fantastic news! My sister in law has terminal lung cancer and has been on some fantastic drugs. She was given 18 months, but is now 4 years down the line! Her tumours are reducing.! ![]()

"My old man is fighting similar battles at the moment. This is buoyant news to hear. Genuinely pleased to hear of these victories! Thank you for posting about it and hope he makes more ground! ![]() I hope he does too Christos. There are some fantastic ground breaking drugs out there, some are not always passed by NICE, because they are so expensive. That's the frustrating thing for sufferers and their families.
