Assad was reelected in 2014 with 88% of vote of a 73% turn out with over 10,000,000 votes to the other candidates 500,000.

It was a multi candidate presidential election.

so therefore assad is leader by right and invited russia in to help with issis and the rebels that are fighting against democracy.

The West are there uninvited and have no rigjt to be there but seeing as we are there the least we can do is communicate and coordinate our attacks with russia and syria but nope the west cant and wont even do that.

before all this even started a few years back the west was talking about regime change in syria (one of only a very few countrys left without a rothchild controlled bank).

We have no right what so ever to decide about regime chance when its a country with democracy.

To be honest places like iraq and libya where much better of even under dictators.

the good gadaffi did for people of libya was amazing, free education, free healthcare for all amongst many other things.

tired of the west poking its unwanted nose into everything.

hate to say it but the west (US,UK and other Nato countries) are the evil in the world.

some of the emails from clinton that wikileaks released showed that the US have been arming the rebels aswell as isis along with the saudis.

You mean the conflict where "no troops feet will be in the ground" conflict?

Oh yes. Syria clearly needs a central bank. Or has untapped resources.

One problem i can see is the americans are stupid And trigger happy.. They have bombed everyone including uk and their own troop, So there leaves that possibility

Find a conflict anywhere in the world and 95% certain you will find a border drawn with a ruler on a map.....who did that? No prizes!

Technically Russia are supporting a democratically elected government. Their methods may be wrong/extreme but even the non ISIS rebels are a varying degree of radical. ...and west are arming them.

I reckon the reason USA and russia are still fighting in syria is because the islamic state is believed to take home as much as $50m (£33m) per month from selling crude oil from the numerous wells it controls in iraq and syria, so they want the profit.

a good broad section on here and social media all say the same NO WAR but our illustrious leaders need to implement DEMOCRACY where they see it how fucking democratic is that ,everyone says follow the money and it leads to the USA/UK and Israel

Doesn't really matter. Politicians (who have no intention whatsoever of getting any ckoser to Syria than the hotel bar in Cyprus) will make a decision, and the rest of us will simply do as we are told.

This is the way its always been, and always will be...

I see no stomach for another unwinable war.. the fall out from Iraq, Afghanistan etc still hasn't settled..

You're then going against one of the world's super powers with a dictator )who wouldn't mind a fight.. I hope it's sorted soon but as to how I have no ideas..

The only way we would get involved is if America votes for Trump, then we have a situation where you have trump on one side putin on the other & we are again piggy in the middle, trump would go into syria to do whatever it is he would want, & we would be sucked in to the conflict too, it does not matter who is in 10 downing st they are just a puppet for who goes into the white house.

Just lets hope america uses its common sense, not that they have much.

trump isnt wanting to medal in the middle east he said hes focused on america.

plus he said he wants to rubuild relations with russia again which has been the opposite of what their current goverment has been doing and hillary would be even worse as she cant stand russia or putin and blames them for everything including her email scandel.

The reason we are there is that Russia wants an ally (Assad) on the mediteranean. US etc therefore will back anyone who will topple him. Throw in ISIS as an opposition to him and it gets very tricky.
