The Tantric Tea Shop

Must be my mind but sometimes I find a user name has a musical ring to it....

The name Miss Honey and Estella and I imagine a 60's style theme tune....

Bladey and Foxy Red and I can imagine Shaft

Lickety Splits and unfortunately I am always reminded of Blankety blank....Lickety Splits, Lickety Splits ( apologies as she is a lovely lady...

Myself I am claiming Carmina Burana with my username....

My downfall begins!

Lickety Splits always reminds me of a line in a Tom Waits song Ole'55 - "Time went so quickly, it went lickety-splitly...."

Our own (new) username is after Jonathan Richman's wonderful band of the 70's

I have loved Jonathan and that song for years and never made the link to the film of the same name, which I've never seen!

Thanks - We'll check out the film this weekend

The entire cantata is a collection of ancient poems, some in Latin and some in German, that was set to music by Orff. I was in a choir in my younger years and we performed it. A few bits really stick in the memory, o fortuna, veni veni venias and ecce gratum
