Hi All. Looking for help.

We have just purchased a new laptop, Asus X553S.

For some reason we are unable to get our webcam working on fab however it works on other sites. Has anyone else had this problem and if so can anyone suggest what we can do to fix it.Thinking its something to do with our settings but cant find out what. Any help would be much appreciated.
