Bad back :(

I have had to cancel meeting a lovely guy today cos I have a bad back

I pulled the muscles about a month ago and since then I've had good days and bad days. Doc says it could take a while to heal ittself and I have had days where it hasn't hur at all but turn funny in bed and arggghhh. Hope it goes away for the weekend

As a long term back pain sufferer (is there such a word), had surgery twice, weeks and weeks of traction, spinal injections..etc...etc.....the ONLY thing that sorts the pain is orgasms....

It must be true - I've never had back pain while having an orgasm

It's horrible being injured - hope you make a full and speedy recovery.

i had a tumour in my back it was about 9 inch long and 3 inchs wide.

What really p=ssed me of was that i could have been ten inchs by 3.1 inch if they had put it back where i had asked LOL

only thing that helps me is a hot bath and loads of pain killers, sometimes i even feel happy

theres lots of back suports you can get these days and there are posistions you can do without being on ur back eg from the side is just as nice just take it slow and gentil

You need to find someone who will just let you get yourself in a comfortable position and then just let you lie there whilst he..........mmmmnnnnnnnn bliss

Sounds more like ligaments than muscular gorgeous .

Take anti inflamms and gentle stretching do stretches morning and night only takes 2 mins then u won't pull them as often

Hope that helps long term probe here but stretching does help x

Aww poor you Dianne, I have just this min hurt mine also so I feel your pain.

Does anybody know if I go swimming tonight even though I can hardly walk, will it hurt even more or make it feel better? x
