A question to harden swingers

We are looking to move home and have stumbled across a property for which we both like....but as we drove through the village every other house had a pampas grass in the front garden! Is This a sign we have found the swinging utopia?

Does the height of the said plant mean anything? Size...girth or how long you've been on fab?

Secondly, does the said plant grow well in pots as we desperately need to make sure we keep up the neighbours?

Your thoughts would be appreciated x

I would say that it depends on how fit the neighbours are. If they are shag-worthy, then put in an offer for the full asking price!

We did think...if its looks too good to be true then it probably is....we also think the head of the parish council is Mazher Mahmood
