No offence to the OP, and I know this is going to sound like criticism and it's not meant to be, but I think it's dangerous when someone wants to 'Dom' soneone but clearly doesn't know how to properly tease and test the limits of his playmate. Too much watching 50 Shades?

This very much so! It's as much about knowing her, what makes her tick, what her boundaries are and any limits that she has, the anticipation of the punishments can mean as much as the act itself

As above - it is very personal.

Spanking and punishment arouse me so my switch partner would remove that privilege.

Punishment for me would be being sat down and reprimanded verbally but calmly ( I hate to disappoint), being made to pick up dog mess without gloves, being told to kneel on lego bricks.

It really depends on the individual, knowing them, learning about them.

It was a huge help for me as it illustrates where the comfort zones are which then kind of become rewards, and the things that they wouldn't particularly enjoy or would not enjoy which you can use to design tasks or predicaments.

It will also tell you the absolute no go areas so you know if you avoid those entirely you're still playing safely.

It's all about communication really OP, with her, not us

I spent years learning Dom techniques and i am still learning now.

Each person responds differently to different stimuli....the person defines the act rather than the act defining the person.

If you dont know what her limits are you shouldnt be posting on here asking for advice! Its actually insulting to her and yourself. By asking for help you have shown how little you know about what you are playing with.
