"When I was at school I made an cross stich of apples in a basket. The apples were square and it took me ages (I was 5) I also made a teapot stand (does anyone still use a teapot?)...both of which I proudly bought home to show my parents. They still have them to this day. What things have your parents kept from your school days?...or have you kept your childrens projects?" i made a match box holder in my first woodwork class that my parents still have tucked away in the kitchen years later... and they have a few of my needlework things. I've got an england flag my elder lad made and a plastic teddy with light up eyes that my younger one made in electronics lol

My nephew made a papier-mâché vagina in art for part of his a level project. Don’t think I would be putting that on the mantle piece.
