As others have said be careful it can all go very wrong for the pair of you.

I would steer clear I used to flirt with someone I worked with and it got a bit messed up and she no longer even talks to me. And I never got to shag her

As for your boss, no idea chap, but I would play that one a little cool, it's probably safe to say she enjoys working with you and we all flirt a little when there is good camaraderie... but it may be just that

You can do any approach, but the way i see it theres enough room to

"Talk" to her at work, if shes k mention work ,life/bills etc get some real social going, then you can ask her out lol.. she seems like shes interested in you.. and managers normally dont have time to date lol.. toyo busy managing
